Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Maldives in Bulgaria - 24.04.2022

The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Maldives in Bulgaria was established in March 2022 with resolution № 803 from November 11, 2021, of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria.

At a ceremony that took place on March 15, 2022, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Director of the State Protocol Directorate, Ministry of foreign affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mrs. Boriana Simeonova, handed an exequatur to Mr. Hristo Chepishev, according to which he officially stepped into office.
